Startup founders attending TechCrunch Founder Summit 2026 in Boston next month will have access to six specialized roundtables designed for deep dives into specific operational challenges. The event takes place on November 4 at SoWa Power Station, bringing together operators, investors, and founders for a day of practical sessions and networking. Organizers structured these smaller groups to allow attendees to share specific questions and work through shared problems with experts rather than just listening to keynotes.

The schedule kicks off at 10:45 a.m. with Alexandra Ames, founder of Blueprint Lab, leading a session on strategic event planning for early-stage companies. Ames will discuss how to select high-value opportunities and define success metrics without the budget for a dedicated full-time events team. This session aims to help founders stretch limited resources effectively before scaling their operations.

Two concurrent sessions run at 11:30 a.m., addressing distinct market and technical hurdles. Chirag Shah, a partner at Define Ventures, will tackle the difficulties of entering regulated industries or markets with complex buyer structures. Simultaneously, Shishir Tewari, head of enterprise data engineering at Procore Technologies, will explore how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG improve the reliability and context of AI systems in real-world organizational settings.

Enterprise sales strategies take center stage in the early afternoon. At 1:15 p.m., Merve Kitapci, managing partner and CGO of ADIN.AI, will discuss how founders can secure major enterprise clients before raising a Series A. Her session references closing deals with L'Oreal and Vodafone and covers navigating long buying cycles and managing multiple stakeholders to build credibility. Following this at 1:55 p.m., Andy Tang, a partner at Draper Associates, will lead a conversation for founders whose products do not fit established categories. Tang will focus on how to explain these novel products to investors and customers effectively.

The final roundtable begins at 2:35 p.m. with Linden Tibbets, CEO and founder of IFTTT. Tibbets will examine how smaller teams can leverage AI to increase speed and output without simply adding headcount. The discussion will cover hiring practices, operational efficiency, and the structural changes required to build an AI-enabled company. These roundtables complement the main program, which includes stages focused on product-market fit, fundraising, and scaling companies outside the Bay Area.

Beyond the roundtables, the summit features a live pitching competition called "So You Think You Can Pitch?" and a networking lounge facilitated by Braindate. A closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares will conclude the day. TechCrunch is currently offering a 25% discount on tickets for a limited time, alongside a buy-one-get-one-free deal that allows attendees to bring a colleague at no extra cost.
