New satellite imagery confirms physical damage to repair workshops at the 75th Arsenal weapons plant in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast. The facility sustained hits during a strike on October 22. The GEOINT project CyberBoroshno released the analysis, identifying specific structures that were affected.

The imagery shows damage to Workshops 24 and 25, along with an adjacent storage facility. CyberBoroshno described these locations as key production buildings for the company. The workshops house lines for dismantling, diagnosing, and repairing air defense components. Systems processed there include the S-300V, Buk, and Tunguska-M, as well as radar reconnaissance equipment.

According to the analysis, the damaged buildings are also where units are assembled after component repairs. Technicians integrate radio-electronic equipment and configure ground radio interrogators and radar stations in these spaces. The 75th Arsenal operates under the Russian state corporation Rostec. Its primary function is the repair of Buk-M1/M2 and S-300V systems.

Experts cited in the report suggest that strikes on repair facilities may slow the return of air defense systems to service. This delay could affect the delivery of operational equipment to Russian troops. A separate comparison of satellite images posted by the Exilenova+ Telegram channel also displayed the visible damage to the plant's buildings.

On October 22, OSINT analysts from Falcon Insight Map identified the probable targets of the strike. Initial assessments at the time assumed that only Workshops 24 and 25 were hit. The new satellite data expands the scope of the confirmed damage to include the adjacent storage area.
