The estimated Powerball jackpot has reached $760 million after no ticket matched all six numbers in Wednesday night's drawing. Lottery officials confirmed the total prize amount following the draw, which took place on October 28. The current sum represents the third largest prize awarded this year.

The winning sequence for Wednesday consisted of the white balls 11, 13, 16, 47, and 60, paired with the red Powerball 13. A single ticket sold in Illinois broke the current streak by winning $1.04 billion on August 12. That victory ended a previous rollover period and reset the accumulation cycle for the current prize pool.

A future winner of this specific jackpot has the option to claim a one-time cash payout. That lump sum is valued at $326 million. Alternatively, the winner can choose an annuity structure spread over multiple years. The choice between the two payment methods depends on the ticket holder's financial planning decisions.

The next opportunity to win this prize occurs on Saturday, October 31. The drawing is scheduled for 10:59 p.m. EDT. Players can observe the number selection live through the official Powerball website. Tickets for the upcoming draw are available at standard retail locations.

Each play costs $2. Lottery officials state the odds of hitting the top prize stand at 1 in 292.2 million. The record for the largest Powerball prize remains $2.04 billion, which went to a ticket sold in California on November 7, 2022. The second largest recent win was $1.817 billion in Arkansas on December 24, 2025.
