Apple TV has finalized its November programming schedule, placing a heist thriller and a historical drama at the center of the lineup. The service will release six new titles this month, ranging from a returning sports comedy to a family special, while continuing several ongoing series.
The month begins on November 4 with the return of "Stick," a sports comedy created by Jason Keller. Owen Wilson stars and produces the series as Pryce Cahill, a former professional golfer working at an Indiana sporting goods store. Wilson’s character mentors Santi, a 17 year old prodigy played by Peter Dager, in an attempt to rebuild his own career.
November 13 serves as the primary release date for the month, featuring three distinct titles. The heist drama "12 12 12" premieres, following Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan as they execute a raid on a bank vault in Zurich. The narrative structure splits each episode into three segments: 12 months of planning, 12 hours of the heist, and 12 days of aftermath. On the same day, the drama "Being Heumann" arrives, directed by Siân Heder, who previously won an Academy Award for "CODA." The film is based on true events from 1977, depicting Judy Heumann and a group of activists who occupied a federal building. Ruth Madeley plays Heumann, and Mark Ruffalo portrays the bureaucratic obstacle they face.
Also releasing on November 13 is "Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy," a family special in which Snoopy attempts to remove himself from Santa’s naughty list before Christmas. The month concludes on November 25 with "Way of the Warrior Kid," an action drama based on the novel by Jocko Willink. Chris Pratt plays a Navy SEAL uncle who helps his bullied nephew, played by Jude Hill, find courage. Linda Cardellini appears as the boy’s mother, and McG directs the film.
Several ongoing series will also drop new episodes during the month. "Brothers," starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, and the British comedy "Small Prophets" both release episodes through November 4. The docuseries "Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars" runs through November 6, while the German dark comedy "Where’s Wanda?" continues until December 9. The thriller "Nocturne," featuring Liev Schreiber, will release episodes through December 25.
Apple TV is available for $14.99 per month, with a discounted rate available through the Apple One bundle.
